He holds an MA from the University of the West of England in Bristol, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
He trained professionally in the Tax and Customs Administration of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Directorate General for Customs and Taxes, European Commission in Brussels.
He holds the professional titles of court expert witness in economy, authorized appraiser, trustee in bankruptcy and certified forensic accountant.
As a lecturer and tax expert, he participated in symposia, seminars and courses of tax administrations, entity associations of accountants and auditors, and professional magazines for taxes, accounting, and finance.
He is a member of the International Fiscal Association based in Rotterdam (International Fiscal Association – IFA).
He is the author of dozens of professional papers in the field of taxes in professional magazines for taxes, accounting and finance, and a correspondent for subscriber issues.
As the leader and implementer of the pilot project of introducing horizontal monitoring into the audit system of the BiH Indirect Taxation Administration, he made a significant contribution to the creation of efficient models for monitoring voluntary compliance with tax regulations.
